The circular manual quick-change device is a mechanical interface that can quickly and precisely connect and separate two parts through simple manual operation (usually by rotating a locking ring). It consists of two main components: the Master Side/Tool Side: usually installed on the robotic arm, drive shaft or fixed base. It is the end that provides power, signals or air sources. Tool Side/Client Side: Installed on end effectors (such as fixtures, welding torches, grippers, sensors, tools, etc.). By aligning the tool disk with the main disk and then manually rotating the locking ring, the connection or disconnection can be completed within seconds without the need for any additional tools.
